A puppet bares his soul

Since his wife left him and his promising showbiz career went into an alcohol-fuelled tailspin, Randy the Puppet hasn't given a single interview, so we were honoured when he agreed to talk exclusively to The Scotsman at his favourite Edinburgh watering hole, the Greyfriars Bobby bar. After a spell in rehab, the fallen star is attempting to relaunch his career at this year's Fringe with a confessional solo show, Randy's Postcards from Purgatory, at the Underbelly until 30 August.
